- As Brand Manager in the area of Private Label Management at PENNY International, you will be responsible for the control and results monitoring of selected international private labels.
- Participate in the care and development of brand and design guidelines.
- Think strategically by recommending brand strategies to secure private label growth in a competitive environment.
- Analyze and co-develop brand architecture within a country.
- Oversee international projects in the field of design specifications and packaging.
- Ensure the implementation and control of the packaging process while adhering to timings and briefing agencies.
- Share your knowledge by supporting and training our interfaces on brand and packaging topics.
- Above all, your personality: your communication and teamwork skills as well as your structured, careful, and goal-oriented way of working. Also, your responsible and results-oriented actions, organizational skills, and proactive contribution of ideas.
- Your expertise: a degree focusing on Marketing and/or relevant professional experience in brand management or brand leadership, in the marketing department of an FMCG company or in an advertising agency.
- Experience in an international corporation with matrix structures and the interaction between national and international organizations with intercultural competence is advantageous.
- A strong affinity for all design and packaging-related topics, with very good packaging and printing technical knowledge being beneficial.
- Experience in organizing, managing, and implementing projects as well as in priority management.
- Excellent German and English language skills in written and spoken form, as well as in Microsoft Office applications.
- Your willingness to travel.

What we aim to achieve together:
The team of Private Label Management at PENNY International is part of the Purchasing department and strategically supports the international PENNY national companies in optimizing their daily business and developing private labels. We are looking for a dedicated Brand Manager (m/f/d) who is interested in shaping and managing the international private label portfolio and who wants to further develop within a new challenge. The position is initially limited until December 2026.
