you understand financial performance, driving and tracking actions to deliver our big priorities and key targets.

This includes deep dive analysis into commercial performance issues and communicating with relevant business functions on timetables & requirementsYou deliver regular standard reports and ad-hoc reports, governing report change requests accordinglyYou check and control that the data is correct in the reporting, on entity level, regional level, and global levelYou create a clear and coherent story of performance and actions for use within the business unit and at a group levelYou champion system & process awareness within the Finance department, but also within the Commercial & Supply Chain functionsYou advise the sales and pricing team with margin analysisYou support monthly -, quarterly - and annual closing and lead commercial budget and forecast preparationYou conduct transfer price calculations based on existing guideline, make sure intercompany pricing is set up accordingly, and support the tax team in preparation of transfer pricing documentationYou join/ lead special projects with focus on working with cross functional teamsYour ProfileExcellent user knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access), Power BI and finance/controlling applications under SAP (ideally S/4HANA).

Hands on experience of planning systems (e.g. HFM, BPC...) and SQL would be a plus.1-5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis position or finance business partner positionBachelor degree in finance/ economics/ accounting, or MBA, or similar educationFast learner, open-minded and flexible, working independently with hands-on mentalityMulti-site and international experienceIdeally broad financial experience in controlling, cost accounting, costing/pricing and corresponding financial processes.
