Are you only familiar with HR topics such as personnel selection, personnel development, personnel planning and work policy from your lectures and can't wait to find out how your theoretical HR knowledge is put into practice and applied? Or have you already gained some practical experience in HR and would like to build on this?

Take your chance and work with us for six months in an international HR department. Depending on your interests, you can get to know the different areas of modern HR work with us. In addition to working on operational HR topics together with the HR Business Partners, you will also take on projects and have the chance to contribute your own ideas from day one to make our location fit for the future.

Our HR department focuses on innovative working models and flexibility, which is why you will be able to work both on site and remotely during your internship. Your workplace is the heart of the Mercedes-Benz After-Sales Supply Chain network: the Global Logistics Center in Germersheim. With over one million square meters of warehouse space, we are the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts. From here, we manage the supply of spare parts to our customers worldwide.
