- Manage various SaaS services (e.g., Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira), Keeper Vault, Box Fileshare, CodeTwo email signatures, Microsoft365, Entra, Exchange, Teams, Microsoft Azure, Slack, ZScaler Internet Access and Private Access)
- Implement new SaaS services in our environment and integrate them with other tools (e.g., Connect services via Single Sign-On, Connect services to automate tasks or synchronize data between them)
- Build and manage a reliable and usable VDI environment (e.g., We're growing, and not everybody needs or wants a physical device to work on; Plan and implement a VDI platform that suits our needs, both from the users and ITs management and security point of view)
- Find and implement Backup solutions for various tools, work on disaster prevention and recovery
- Extend our documentation with new ones or improve the existing ones (e.g., A good documentation helps everybody; Document tasks for others to follow in the future)
- Build and manage our existing Azure environment (e.g., Keep permissions up to date, implement a working structure for them, Make sure all services are running reliably and securely, Implement best practices where possible)
- Build, maintain and improve new or existing Jira project for our various departments and projects (e.g., Automate recurring tasks, Build and improve workflows according to specifications, Integrate external services and apps, share data between them or automate even more things)
- Make systems available via ZScaler Private Access, manage ZScaler Internet Access to provide a secure connection to the internet for our user
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering
or several years of professional experience in these areas - You are familiar with the tools of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- You already worked with IT Security Tools (e.g. ZScaler) and file management systems (e.g. Box)
- You like automation and scripting (PowerShell, Groovy, bash) and are willing to develop those skills
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics (e.g. BackUp solutions, Licence Mgmt, IAM)
- You are characterized by communication and teamwork skills
- You like to work customer and service oriented, combined with a self-confident manner and assertiveness
