- Platform Administration & Maintenance Ensure stability, security, and performance of our ServiceNow platform Lead upgrades, patches, and configurations Manage user access roles permissions Proactive troubleshooting monitoring keep the lights on
- Implementation & Configuration Develop workflows forms automation optimize processes Implement new features integrations other systems Configure customizing processes meet business requirements
