YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Leading the periodical preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and forecasts
• Partnering with external auditors to ensure statutory compliance of financial statements
• Managing financial transactions, treasury, bookkeeping, and expense tracking
• Monitoring the company's performance, profitability, and KPIs
• Providing thought leadership to support decision-making and assess new business opportunities
• Leading a team of 2 resources that is expected to grow alongside the business

WHO YOU ARE:

• Financial Wizardry: you hold a finance or accounting degree and wield at least 7 years of financial expertise in companies or audit firms. Your experience is your degree
• Financial Architect: you bring extensive skills in controlling, financial planning, and analysis to the forefront. You're the mastermind behind our financial success
• Start from Scratch Superhero: we're looking for a problem-solving champion with a "can-do" attitude. You thrive on building from the ground up and turning challenges into triumphs
• Fluent in Finance, Fluent in German and English: your financial fluency is matched only by your mastery of German and English languages. Your words and numbers both speak volumes
