Job summary
This opportunity focuses on maintaining the safe efficient and continuous operation of a state-of-the-art mission-critical environment as part of a 24/7 engineering shift team.Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate critical MEP systems (UPS generators LV/HV distribution HVAC/cooling mechanical plant)
- Respond to faults perform routine & reactive maintenance ensure operational uptime
- Lead or support daily shift operations within a 24/7 rota
- Evaluate strict compliance with health & safety quality and operational procedures Collaborate closely with engineering facilities and operations teams For Supervisors manage shift teams oversee incident response report performance risks senior leadership Essential Skills Experience Experience working within mission-critical environments data centres industrial plants power generation facilities Strong technical background in mechanical electrical or MEP systems Demonstrated ability troubleshoot maintain critical infrastructure Excellent communication coordination skills Fluent English German plus
