- Du nimmst Buchungen, Umbuchungen und Stornierungen von Flügen, Bahnfahrten, Hotels, Mietwagen, Transfers und Zusatzleistungen vor
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei komplexen Reiseanfragen und hilfst ihnen bei Schwierigkeiten wie Verspätungen oder Ausfällen
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Buchungssystems und unserer operativen Arbeitsabläufe mit
- Du unterstützt bei weiteren operativen Aufgaben (z.B. Kundenprofilpflege, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Queuebearbeitung)
- Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang
- Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und gerne im Team
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch
