- Gemeinsam mit dem Team treibst du die Optimierung und Digitalisierung aller Gesellschaften bei Advancis voran
- Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung, Definition und Dokumentation von neuen Standards, Methoden und Prozessen, um ein effizientes Projekt- und Prozess-Management unternehmensweit zu ermöglichen
- Du unterstützt und berätst die (fachlichen) Projektleiter und die Projektteams
- Du verantwortest eigene Arbeitspakete (eigene Projekte), in denen du mit der Analyse von komplexen Sachverhalten und der Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten die Projekte vorantreibst
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung bewertest, priorisierst, planst und monitorst du alle größeren Projekte im Unternehmen
- Du entwickelst, koordinierst und/oder führst die Schulungen zur Qualifizierung von Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich Projektmanagementstandards und -Tools
- Du begleitest die Unternehmensprozesses als Vermittler, Koordinator und Coach
- Du hast einen (Master-) Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, -ingenieurwesen, -wissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Deine (ersten) praktischen Erfahrungen konntest du bereits in der Beratung und/oder im Projektmanagement sammeln.
- Du kennst klassische wie agile Projektmanagement-Ansätze und hast Erfahrungen in Präsentations- und Moderationsmethoden
- Du betrachtest dich als Generalist, bist lösungsorientiert, neugierig und lernbereit
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Gestaltungswillen, einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Unternehmensinterna sowie eine hohe Eigeninitiative
