Job summary
Momentaufnahme von Ihrem TagAls Teil des Grid Technology Product Management entwickeln wir digital gestützte Lösungen für Anwendungen im Bereich der Hochspannungs-Energiewende. Unser Entwicklungsprozess läuft derzeit in Silos ab, wobei die Hardware nach dem Wasserfallmodell und die Software nach agilen Prinzipien entwickelt wird. Wir haben ein agiles Betriebsmodell auf Basis des SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) entworfen, um diese Prozesse in einen zusammenhängenden agilen Entwicklungswertstrom zu integrieren.
Aufgabe:SAFe Transformation Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Einführung dieses Scale-Agile-Frameworks.
