    About the Position:

    We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team at De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH with a cross-country responsibility for all 3 business units currently acting in Germany and Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team located in Neu-Isenburg. He/she will autonomously lead the team to catch any German and Austrian users' need to enhance the applications map and the infrastructures availability to support the country business according to guidelines defined by the Group IT Competence Centers.

    The role will hierarchically reports to the Global CIO of De'Longhi Group and a dotted line to the De'Longhi HR Director Germany & Austria. He/she will also work closely with various senior stakeholders of the two subsidiaries and HQ Braun in Germany and Austria and will require leadership, excellent communication and user engagement skills, technical expertise to enhance existing applications and infrastructures.

    De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH, is the country headquarters of the Germany-Austria cluster of two subsidiaries belonging to De'Longhi Group; in scope is also the HQ of Braun brand (De'Longhi Braun Household GmbH) and it encompass a variety of specialist teams covering areas such as Marketing, Commercial, R&D, Quality, Design, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics, Customer Care, Finance, HR and IT. Part of the organization is also a Repair Center for FACM located in Uettingen, Bavaria. There are approximately 295 employees in the cluster and it plays an integral part to the Group's operations throughout the countries.

    Your tasks include:

    • Lead the IT resources across the three business organizations in Germany and Austria
    • Develop a fair and intense relationship with De'Longhi local business stakeholders
    • Lead IT projects at local level
    • Collaborate with the Global CIO and the Group IT Competence Centers to support the Group and Country business thanks to a stable, efficient, user friendly and effective Information Systems environment
    • According to Group guidelines, define an affordable and effective Service Level Agreement with the subsidiary stakeholders providing Business Users with an effective technical support
    • Catch any possible initiative to help in lowering the subsidiary IT costs without affecting the services provided to the users
    • Ensure IT compliance with country laws and help the Group IT Cybersecurity team to minimize cybersecurity risks in the Group
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and share best practices with the Group IT Competence Centers in order to design possible IT-based innovation paths
    • Develop the professional expertise of the IT Function according to each individual growth path
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Senior roles
    • Strong understanding of IT ecosystems and IT innovation paths
    • Experience working with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO
    • Experience in leading IT teams facing with all the IT ecosystems
    • Experience in optimizing business processes (i.e. Finance and Supply Chain) thanks to effective IT services
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working with and managing stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds with ability to adapt style as necessary to achieve effective outcomes
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across global teams
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
    • German & English speaking/understanding at proficiency level (Italian speaking/understanding is nice to have)
