- Support to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to crafting and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at empowering employees with the requisite skills and knowledge for effectively utilizing new digital tools and technologies.
- Participate in the execution of communication strategies designed to keep stakeholders well-informed regarding the progress, impact, and advantages of digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in crafting compelling content, such as newsletters, presentations, and intranet updates, to effectively convey key messages and garner support from employees.
- Collaborate within Knauf Digital with respective counterparts in Digital Marketing team and provide support to project manager and team members.
- Student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A keen enthusiasm for digital transformation, change management, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated through both written and verbal channels.
- The capability to thrive both independently and as part of a team within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with a familiarity with various digital collaboration tools.
- Previous involvement in project management, training, or communication roles would be advantageous.
