    Your Job - Summarized

    • Ensuring the correct and timely payroll for around 4,200 employees
    • Building trustful relationships with the personnel management of our clinic locations and other internal and external service providers
    • Monitoring legal requirements and initiating necessary process and structural adjustments for efficient and service-oriented business processes with powerful digital application systems (fidelis and ATOSS)
    • Coordinating internal and external audits
    • Contributing to the expansion of a customized reporting system
    • Providing professional and disciplinary leadership of the Central Payroll Department (payroll/working time management) with 8 employees
    • Participating in/leading projects
