    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers in the field of Global Mobility.

  • You advise our employees and their families before and during the transfer.
  • In this context, you are the central contact person for all contractual arrangements and for all questions regarding taxes, remuneration, benefits and social benefits at national and international level relating to international assignments.
  • You also advise BASF's management and HR Business Partner on staff transfers and on individual personal issues.
  • With your distinctive service mindset, you make a significant contribution to maintaining our customer experience at a high level and continuously optimizing it.
  • You are responsible for handling transfer-relevant labor law, social security and tax matters as well as compensation and benefits issues, including the preparation of salary calculations.
  • The work in internal and cross-departmental projects completes your field of responsibility.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • successfully completed studies and ideally experience abroad with professional experience in the field of mobility or similar
  • profound knowledge of the HR value chain and the HR IT landscape, ideally SAP knowledge
  • distinct advisory competence and negotiation skills
  • service mindset and high customer orientation
  • strong presentation and communication skills in German and English, additional language skills are a plus
