- Youwill manage projects in accordance with the internal projectstandard and develop measures to optimize the structural andprocess organization, including with the prospect of introducing anIT industry solution.
- You will plan, manageand support IT projects or contribute to the support of ITsub-projects at the interface to the IT division.
- You will manage project-specific controlling inaccordance with the Project Management Office's specifications.
- You will support the management team of theIT division in the prioritization, initiation, coordination andimplementation of internal and cross-divisional projects.
- You will be involved in the establishment,introduction and continuous optimization of standards and processesin the IT division; for example in project management, projectcontrolling and documentation
- You havesuccessfully completed a university degree with a focus on businessinformatics or have comparable knowledge and skills.
- You have extensive experience in the management andimplementation of IT projects, ideally gained in publicadministration.
- You are adept at workingwith standard project committees, such as a steering committee.
- You preferably have methodological knowledgein process and project management, proven e.g. by IPMA, PMI orPRINCE2 certification.
- You are proficient inusing modern MS Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and common project management tools
