Job summary
We're looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. As a key member of our events team you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations from setup/strike per standards through flawless BEO execution hands-on presence during service ensure cleanliness HACCP/HS compliance adherence to legal requirements maintain equipment inventories lead develop your team manage both banquet reception meeting concierge set goals run briefings monthly meetings onboard train coach performance cross-functional coordination work closely culinary stewarding technik housekeeping front office third-party event partners participate pre/post-cons administrative excellence daily reports KPIs development interviews standardize workflows implement continuous process improvements.
