    Software Department Manager - Telematics & Connected Car

    As the Software Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both technical aspects and operational efficiency within the software division.

    Your responsibility will be to lead the software development team while optimizing operational processes to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions for automotive products.

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers and engineers focusing on telematics, connected car technologies, and vehicle access systems.

    Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.

    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to automotive software development, guiding the team in incorporating innovative solutions.


    Operational Management:
    Develop and implement operational strategies, workflows, and SOPs to streamline software development processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
    Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and on-time delivery of software products.
    Identify and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance metrics within the software division.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience in software development, with expertise in automotive telematics, connected car technologies, or vehicle access systems.
    Strong technical background with experience in leading software development teams and guiding technical implementation.
    Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, capable of fostering innovation and motivating teams to achieve common goals.
    Proficiency in project management methodologies, operational optimization, and strategic planning.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
