- Help develop and execute the company's data science strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify and prioritize data science initiatives that align with business objectives, and oversee the end-to-end execution of data science projects
- Maintain a strong technical proficiency in data science methodologies, algorithms, and tools in order to contribute to the development of advanced ML and analytics solutions
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to the data science team, supporting professional growth and development
- 2+ years experience leading/managing data science teams
- 7+ years experience within Data Science or similar roles
- Strong track record of developing and delivering advanced end-to-end data science projects
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Language requirements: C1 level English

IHR-Tech is partnered with an innovative scale-up in the telecom industry: they provide an integrated SaaS platform that uses advanced AI data analytics and ML to continually optimize and autonomously control telco tower assets and operations.
They are on a hunt for a Data Science Manager to lead the Data Science function and assist in developing company's Data Science strategy. As one of the most senior members of the team, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and support to the data science team, and be 'hands-on' where required to deliver solutions and drive best practices.
