- Anforderungsmanagement: Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungskonzepte
- Produktweiterentwicklung: Fachliche und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Anforderungen mit Blick auf den Nutzen für das PPI-Produkt bzw. den Service (Umsatz, Ertrag und Kundennutzen)
