Within Atlas Copco's Industry Assembly Solutions division, we operate as an business line with a focus on electronics dispensing.
In this position you will be part of our global ELD management team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Scheugenpflug's global after sales and service strategy. Your contribution will be key to support our sustainable growth strategy within the ELD business line, especially by optimizing the after sales and service offerings. You will also be responsible for leading the global customer support and service team, ensuring that the highest standards of customer experience are delivered worldwide. Key to this, in addition to your technical competence, will be your execution, cross-country collaboration and leadership skills.
Your role in our team:
• Leading, both functionally and disciplinarily, and developing an international team of professionals in the After Market area
• Introducing and driving a proactive sales approach for After Sales products and services on a global scale
• Developing and implementing strategies for marketing service products in an international environment
• Continuously improving the service offering through the development of products in the areas of spare parts, modifications, and repairs
• Drafting and negotiating service and maintenance contracts on a global level
• Effectively managing warranty and guarantee claims worldwide
• Actively nurturing and developing key clients in close collaboration with the sales team
• Regular exchange and coordination with subsidiaries and service partners within a global matrix organization
• Assuming responsibility for revenue and margin targets in the After Sales department
Your profile:
• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the After Market, ideally in technology-oriented companies
• Strong leadership experience and competency, particularly in an international context
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous
• Profound knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and other relevant tools

• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a pronounced affinity for sales
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel for international assignments
• Convincing personality with strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
