The Senior Specialist Local Supplier Mgmt. & Warehousing is responsible for managing the end-to-end operational processes with local suppliers and ensuring efficient accessory supply to dealer network.
The role covers supplier sourcing & onboarding, order management, logistics coordination and continuous process optimization across the supply chain.
The position acts as a key interface between suppliers, warehouse operations, logistics providers, purchasing and dealer network to guarantee product availability, delivery reliability and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- You will manage end-to-end order processing from supplier purchase order to final destination delivery
- You will monitor order status, backorders and delivery confirmations with local suppliers and partners, support warehouse receiving and discrepancy resolution processes
- You will ensure availability of accessories according to demand and business targets as well as handle escalations related to delays, shortages or quality issues
- You will analyze operational KPIs and identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- You will drive automation and digitalization initiatives in ordering and supply processes
- You will identify and evaluate potential local suppliers in line with business and quality requirements
- You will lead supplier onboarding process including operational setup, documentation and system integration, act as main operational contact for local suppliers
- You will initiate and coordinate corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
What you bring
- You bring 4+ years experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or aftersales
- You have 4+ years of experience working with suppliers and operational processes
- You have an experience with ERP / ordering / supply systems
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a big plus)
- You've completed a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, economics or equivalent
