***PMO CONTRACT ROLE***

We are looking for support in broadband roll-out for our telecommunications client with immediate effect.

The spectrum of responsibilities ranges from classic PMO (calendar, appointments, minutes, preparation and follow-up of meetings) to the creation of letters, evaluation of contract content and technical topics if you are interested and suitable.

We offer an exciting topic - fibre optic expansion and digitalization of the region.

Tasks

Support of the department:

Team organisation (deadlines, tasks, creating presentations, compiling and preparing figures, data, facts)

SharePoint/ teams/ project drive: administration in cooperation with IT

Organisation and recording of meetings, tracking and processing of tasks

Maintenance and follow-up of status reports (collating information and accompanying/optimizing/pushing processes)

Processing own small projects such as

Checking projects for status and defined KPIs

Processing and channeling enquiries of all kinds

Creating reports in Excel and PowerPoint

Moderation of meetings

If necessary, analysing databases and Excel (knowledge of S-reference, pivot etc.)

Qualifications

Completed training in the technical field or comparable desirable

Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, knowledge of PowerPoint

High IT affinity, no fear of contact with new applications

Experience in user support for web-based applications desirable

Knowledge of broadband expansion is a great advantage (network structures)

Initial experience in moderating meetings

High level of comprehension, willingness to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics

Talent for prioritization and organisation, flexibility

Ability to work under time pressure

Ability to work independently and be assertive

Project management skills

General conditions

-Immediately for 6 months / option of extension exists

-Work at least 4-5 days per week

-Employment contract

-Requirement 4 days/week in presence (in Schwerin)
