LEARN & MOVE
We offer you an approximately -month qualification as an entry into the challenging role of Mercedes-Benz salesperson (m-w-d), which is considered one of the best in the industry.

Your task: Become a sales professional for premium and luxury products within an exciting and varied year

You will
Attend Mercedes-Benz sales training modules and acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services and much more

take part in training courses on specialist and methodological skills with a high level of interest

Experience coaching & mentoring from experienced colleagues

take on responsibility & tasks as part of the team right from the start in order to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for your potential target position

successfully accompany our customers on the way to their individual mobility solution with the knowledge you have acquired
accompany them.

At the end of the qualification, you will take an exam to become a certified car salesperson.

The position is full-time and limited to months, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.

Qualifikationen

To be best qualified for the position, you must have the following:

completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable course of study

a constant willingness to learn and strong commitment

Enjoy working with customers and have a winning manner

a high degree of performance orientation and an independent way of working

competent, confident and friendly demeanor as well as a well-groomed appearance

Affinity for digitalized sales processes

Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector

a valid driving license
