Senior Marketing Manager - Operations and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead the operations of our standalone app and PC platform in Germany.

As Operations and Growth Specialist, you will be accountable for key metrics such as daily active users (DAU), conversion rate, and revisit rate.
You will deeply analyze German users' shopping habits and consumption preferences to identify industry and product opportunities, and organize corresponding marketing campaigns to increase gross merchandise value (GMV).
Drive the development and iteration of platform marketing tools to improve users' purchase quantity and average order value.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage resource allocation, content strategy, and optimize platform performance.
Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably with experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, or user operations within the internet industry.
In-depth understanding of platform operations, including well-established methodologies and at least 3 years of practical experience.
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and data analysis capabilities to support daily operations and drive business growth.
