About Us

We are a collective of experienced entrepreneurs investing our time, capital, and operational expertise to build the next generation of a high-impact healthcare venture.

Having scaled companies to hundreds of employees and multiple exits, we provide far more than funding — we work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to accelerate learning cycles, open doors, and help avoid common early-stage pitfalls.

The Company

We are building an AI-enabled healthcare automation platform that combines advanced technology with human-in-the-loop service delivery. Our mission is clear: enable doctors and medical teams to spend more time practicing medicine and less time managing administration.

The platform & service will automate & facilitate ocumentation, workflows, communication, and routine operational processes through state-of-the-art AI and secure, compliant infrastructure (GDPR, MDR). Developed in close collaboration with physicians, clinical experts, and security specialists, the solution is designed for reliability, safety, and real clinical impact.

This is an entrepreneurial zero-to-one venture, supported by two deeply experienced founding business angels.

Tasks

Your Role

As Commercial Co-Founder, you are the driving force behind building, launching, and scaling this company from inception to sustainable profitability.

You will:

Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution from day one.
Validate problem–solution fit and iterate rapidly toward product–market fit.
Develop a deep understanding of clinical workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
Shape the brand narrative and value proposition, translating market insights into a clear product direction.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including sales, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-impact founding team with clarity, pace, and accountability.
Work closely with the founding angels and new investors on funding strategy, milestones, and commercial roadmap.
Represent the company externally — with pilot clinics, regulatory stakeholders, and the media.
Establish a culture of ownership, performance, and trust, anchored in fast, decisive execution.

Requirements

You have…

Demonstrated bias toward building and scaling — ideally with founder, GM, or high-ownership experience in startups, SaaS, AI, agencies, automation, or other fast-moving environments.
3–5+ years operating in high-velocity, high-accountability roles where execution and outcomes mattered more than process.
Strong execution muscle — you move fast, learn fast, and default to action over alignment.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making sharp, data-informed decisions with imperfect information.
Hands-on operator with resilience and grit — you run toward problems, not away from them.
Deep interest in healthcare, AI, and automation-driven business models, with a founder's curiosity for how systems can scale.
Fluent in German; thrive in lean setups with high autonomy and high expectations.
Motivated by ownership, long-term value creation, and equity upside — not titles, hierarchy, or corporate structures.
