To keep our operations network secureand assure operational continuity, we are looking for proactive andsolution-based professionals who want to join our team as LossPrevention Managers.

In this key role, you will deliver security asa service to our operational sites across the end-to-end supplychain to protect our people and preventloss.

Key job responsibilities

• Support resilience of our business operations by contributing toemergency and crisis planning for sites within your area ofresponsibility
• Contribute to the identification ofvulnerabilities (e.g., loss, associate experience, processimprovement) and define appropriate mitigating actions whileensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Serve as point of contact for and coordinate measures to managerisk with local management and external parties (e.

g., lawenforcement agencies and industry associations) on allsecurity-related matters

• Ensure compliance of yourassigned sites with Amazon global security standards
• Own Security and Loss Prevention related projects on the local,regional, and country level

A dayin the life

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will join ateam of Security and Loss Prevention professionals providingsecurity as a service to business customers across multiplebusiness units within a dedicated geographical area.

You performregular physical security audits and investigate policy violations,security-related incidents, and loss events. During yourinvestigations, you collect information by monitoring systems andtools, analysing data reports, and conducting interviews. Yourfindings contribute to identifying vulnerabilities in our processesand you identify and drive mitigating measures.

You play a key rolein maintaining the physical integrity of our sites by auditing andmonitoring the health status of our systems and, jointly withsubject matter experts and external suppliers, maintain theirfunctionality.

Furthermore, you identify and act upon initiativesimproving our physical security infrastructure and contributedirectly to the budgetary planning for our external suppliers.

Youinteract on a daily basis with our external security serviceproviders to ensure delivery of high-quality security services anda smooth customer experience.

Finally, you deliver lossprevention-related education and awareness programs to other teamsacross all management levels and manage the implementation of ourSecurity and Loss Prevention plan.

Working inpartnership with our stakeholders, we secure the Amazon supplychain end-to-end and promote security during businessconversations.

We do this by preventing security and lossprevention-related risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible,intervening in unfolding incidents to minimize any negative impactas well as thoroughly investigating security-related incidents toidentify and remove root causes, preventingre-occurrence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- A degree ordegree equivalent

• Relevant security or riskrelatedexperience (e.g., security services, asset protection, lossprevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations,supply chain, auditing, compliance, or similar)
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel,Outlook) in a professional environment
• Advancedproficiency in written and verbal German
• Upperintermediate proficiency in written and verbalEnglish

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

- A relevant advanced degree, advanceddegree equivalent, or industry certification

• Relevantexperience with physical security systems, investigationtechniques, and/or management of contract securityofficers
• Relevant experience with retail, warehouse,distribution centre services, delivery service, or supplychain
• Relevant experience in working withdata
• Driver'slicense
