IT / Network Administration Engineer - Heilbronn (€45,000 - €65,000)

In this exciting role, you'll be a key pillar supporting the IT infrastructure of a leading Network and Security service provider.

• Responsibilities:

Provide expert administration of Windows server and desktop environments, including user account management, security configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft technologies across the organization. Maintain Active Directory, deploy updates, manage licenses, and provide technical support to users.
Utilize your knowledge of Linux and TCP/IP (advantageous) to provide additional support. Assist with network configuration, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and collaborate with network engineers.
Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and identify innovative solutions to optimize the IT infrastructure. Conduct research, evaluate potential benefits, and recommend improvements.


Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience with a demonstrably strong understanding of Windows system administration and Microsoft technologies.
Proficiency in Linux and TCP/IP is a plus.
Passion for new and innovative technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Conscientious and solution-oriented approach to work.
Basic understanding of and interest in IT security.
Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
