- Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Auslegung von Steuer- und Regelungssystemen
- Unterstütze die Entwicklung, Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von Prüfständen
- Änderung von Software und Parameter, um die spezifikationsgerechte Funktionsweise von Sensoren und Aktuatoren sicherzustellen
- Unterstütze oder löse einfachere Aufgaben selbstständig und setze Änderungsanträge um
- Assistiere bei der Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und der Erstellung von Budgetanträgen
- Erhebe Daten über Prozesse, Maschinen und Kosten und werte diese zusammen mit dem Controls Team aus
- Untersuche eigenständig Probleme und definiere lösungsorientiert Anforderungen von Projekten im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit, Personaleinsatz und Umwelteinfluss
- Berate andere Fachabteilungen zu projektgebundenen Fragen, auch im Hinblick auf Funktionsweise und die Machbarkeit von Änderungen
- Sei Ansprechpartner für Lösungen im Produktionsumfeld und anhängige Softwareentwicklung (hardwarenah und hardwarefern) und installiere neue System
- Führe neue oder verbesserte Technologien und Methoden zur Datenübertragung, -management, -speicherung und -auswertung zum Zwecke der Produktivitäts- und Qualitätsverbesserung ein
- Beachte die Auswirkungen der Maschinensteuerung auf die Anlagensicherheit
- Sei verantwortlich für die Vor- und Nachbearbeitung, sowie aktive Teilnahme an Besprechungen innerhalb des Produktionswerks
- Elektro- und Informationstechnik
- Informatik
- Mechatronik
- Industrieautomatisierung
- oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Identifikationstalent von Optimierungspotential innerhalb des Funktionsbereiches
- Interesse an der Kontrolle und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Pflege des Wissensmanagementssystems, z.B. Dokumentation von "lessons learned"
