- Du verantwortest selbstständig die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und E-Commerce
- Du kontrollierst alle relevanten Kennzahlen und leitest frühzeitig entsprechende Maßnahmen für eine termin- und budgetgerechte Umsetzung des Projektscopes ein
- Du führst aktives Risiko- und Change-Request-Management durch
- Du zeigst maximale Wirksamkeit und Leadership bei der Steuerung des interdisziplinären Projektteams und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer weniger erfahrenen Project Manager bei
- Du bist für Deine Kunden zentraler Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen und Entscheidungen rund um das Projekt
- Als Senior Project Manager hast du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller und komplexer Software-Projekte
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement von E-Commerce- oder transaktionalen Systemen
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Projektmanagementmodellen sowie entsprechenden Tools wie z.B. JIRA und Confluence
- Du zeigst in jeder Projektsituation Haltung und Durchsetzungsstärke zur Erreichung der Projektziele
- Dabei arbeitest du zielstrebig, lösungsorientiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du beherrscht verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
