(Working student / Freelancer / Full-time – flexible setup)

We're looking for a TikTok-native content creator (m/f/d) who feels comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, understands short-form culture intuitively, and knows how to turn personalities into strong, authentic personal brands.

In this role, you'll build and scale the TikTok presence of our founders and naturally become part of that content yourself. You'll help translate thoughts, opinions, trends, and everyday moments into TikToks that feel real, fast, and native.

Beyond founder content, you'll also support SongPush with trend analysis for creator campaigns, shaping how creators and advertisers see and use our platform.

This role is ideal if you're a creator yourself, love experimenting with formats (incl. AI tools), and know what actually performs on TikTok.

Aufgaben

1. Founder & Brand Personal Branding

• Create and publish TikTok (and LinkedIn) content around our CEOs & founders, from ideation to final cut.
• Work closely with founders to turn raw thoughts, takes, and moments into high performing short-form content.
• Appear on camera yourself when it makes sense (as interviewer, sparring partner, narrator, or co-creator) helping content feel more natural and dynamic.
• Help define a consistent but flexible TikTok style for founder and brand content.

2. Short-Form Video Creation & Editing

• Film and edit TikTok-first videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling for retention and watch time.
• Edit fast, native, and performance driven - not overly polished or "corporate".

3. Trend Scouting & Creative Insights

• Track TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and narratives relevant to founders, startups, tech, marketing, and the creator economy.
• Identify trends early and translate them into concrete content ideas.
• Experiment with AI-powered content tools (e.g. Higgsfield AI or similar) to stay at the cutting edge of short-form creation.
• Support internal teams with trend insights for creator campaigns on SongPush.

4. Creative Collaboration & Brand Presence

• Collaborate closely with founders, campaign teams, and creators.
• Pitch new content ideas proactively and iterate based on performance data.
• Actively help shape SongPush / WePush's public presence - you're not just executing content, you're part of the visible brand.

Qualifikation

You're fast, creative, and deeply plugged into TikTok culture. You understand content not as "posts", but as formats, hooks, and narratives.

Required Job Experiences / Background

• Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form storytelling & trends
• Hands-on experience with video editing (CapCut preferred)
• Ability to shoot, cut, subtitle, and optimize TikToks independently
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content yourself
• Native or fluent German and English
• Strong sense for hooks, pacing, authenticity, and visual language

• Trend Sensitivity: You spot trends early and know when not to jump on them
• Ownership: You take responsibility for output and performance
• Speed: You're comfortable working fast and iterating quickly

Preferred

• Experience with LinkedIn content and strong writing skills for hooks & captions

(focus is clearly short-form video, LinkedIn is a plus)

• Experience experimenting with AI-generated or AI-supported video workflows
• You actively create content yourself or have done so in the past - you intuitively understand what creators and advertisers want to see
