GHARAGE Vision Hub is looking for a Manager Communications (m/f/d) who is excited about developing a new event concept and plans its execution from scratch. In your role you will work strategically as well as operational on an eye level with Amanda, our Head of Vision Hub. You will be part of setting up a new event series that is connecting dots between travel, retail and innovation.

Tasks

• Developing an event concept, including all marketing activities to address the right target groups
• Strategic and operational planning, coordination and implementation of various events from scratch
• Responsibility for project-related budget and cost control
• Selecting, acquiring and managing key stakeholders such as speakers, sponsors, external service providers and partners
• Developing a strategy for the appropriate target group
• Ensuring that timelines and quality standards are kept
• Selecting, managing and working with an event agency
• Follow-up of events and analysis of success for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record as a project manager, communications manager, event manager, agency business or in a similar role
• Experience in the independent planning, calculation, implementation and invoicing of projects and other cooperation partners
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical skills to measure success and experience in target group analysis
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work on several topics at the same time, maintain an overview and prioritize tasks with confidence
• Open and transparent communication at eye level in German and business fluent in English
