PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Manager Digital Enablement for ICS/RMS Internal Controls supports the Corporate ICS team in the further development of the internal control system. In particular, he/she provides support in answering technical/conceptual ICS questions and in the creation and maintenance of corresponding information documents. In addition to his/her function as a contact person with regard to the ICS software SAP Process Control and the risk management software SAP Risk Management, he/she acts as a link between ICS and information technology (IT) and has the corresponding specialist knowledge.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and partial responsibility for the conceptual development of the IT solutions used (SAP GRC Process Control & SAP Risk Management, SAP Analytics Cloud, Celonis, SAP HANA)

Support and partial responsibility for the global rollout as well as the planning and monitoring of automated controls

Answering tool-specific questions from the regions/countries

Technical support and joint error analysis of the ICS/RMS software in cooperation with the Group's own IT department

Support with ad hoc queries on ICS/RMS software topics

Active support for ICS projects

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

Degree in (business) informatics, economics, business engineering or law with a focus on IT (alternatively a degree in mathematics, physics or humanities with a strong affinity for IT)

Initial experience with information technologies (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)

Very good written and spoken English skills
