    We have a vacancy for an HR Manager based in Germany, preferably in the Düsseldorf area.

    The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function for OneSchool's European Region, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations while championing the global HR initiatives. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in implementing the people strategy and providing expert HR management and guidance across a dispersed workforce.

    Key Accountabilities

    · Manage and develop a high-performing, cohesive and engaged Regional HR function, ensuring a quality service.

    · Develop and implement a comprehensive HR plan aligned with the OSG vision and strategic pillars.

    · Provide strategic and operational guidance to senior management on all HR matters.

    · Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff development, remuneration and benefits, and employee relations.

    · Build and manage a small team providing direction and coaching to ensure a high level of performance and support for the Region.

    · Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective recruitment, selection, and management of talent in the Region.

    · Stay abreast of local labour laws, regulations, and cultural nuances across the countries in OSG's EU Region.

    · Proactively identify and mitigate risks in HR operations.

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional staff and key stakeholders across the organisation.

    · Ensure accurate maintenance of staff data on the HR Information System (Dayforce) and develop metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven HR solutions.

    Qualifications & Capabilities

    · Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

    · Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational organisation.

    · Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.

    · Strong understanding of international labour laws and regulations.

    · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    · Willingness to undertake regular Regional travel as required.

    · Fluency in English.
