    CORPORATE SECRETARY & GOVERNANCE


    We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary and Governance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various special purpose vehicles (SPVs) that we manage across Europe.



    • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements for multiple European SPVs managed by us

    • Coordinate and prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and decision-making

    • Collaborate with the management teams of SPVs, shareholders, and external stakeholders to promote communication and decision-making processes

    • E nsure timely publication of required disclosures and reports as well as meticulous maintenance of precise company documentation for the SPV
    • Support the development and implementation of corporate governance guidelines and procedures.< /ul >< p > Required skills include: < ul >< li > Successful completion of law studies or bachelor's degree in business administration , economics or related fields < li > Professional experience as lawyer (m/w/d): ideally first priorities set on company -law- finance law; we give explicitly also motivated beginners an opportunity < li > As Business Administration Manager : extensive professional experience as Corporate Secretary/Company Manageror comparable position preferably within financial services sectoror propertymanagementsector desirable .)
