About the Job:

• Diverse responsibilities: Dive into and influence the world of financial accounting. Ensuring accurate ongoing financial accounting across all clients, you make sure that monthly financial statements are completed and submitted on time.
• Furthermore: Depending on the client, you will be responsible for payroll accounting, including health insurance and social security filings.
• Become an expert: With advanced knowledge in financial accounting and tax law, you will prepare tax returns for clients.
• Expert in action: With already substantial knowledge, you will prepare commercial and tax-related annual financial statements for your clients.
• Knowledgeable advisor: Support member companies with expertise in tax matters, tax optimization, and tax planning possibilities.
• Continuous learning: Depending on your expertise level, you will be involved in daily tasks and delicately introduced to technically challenging topics.
• Professional development: You will be comprehensively supported in qualifications (Accountant/Tax Specialist) and when taking the professional exam.

• Strong foundation: You have successfully completed your education as a Tax Clerk or have completed your commercial training and gained initial experience in a tax office/financial accounting department, or you have completed your studies (or a course at the BA) with a business focus on tax law or followed a similar path.
• Financial expert: Building on your role as a Tax Clerk, you aim to qualify as an Accountant or Tax Specialist, or you have already completed this? This would be ideal, but you will also be enthusiastically supported upon request.
• You have at least a basic understanding of national tax law and are proficient in financial accounting (in DATEV).
• You speak German at native or an excellent level.
