    IU Internationale Hochschule – Duales Studium
    Zum Wintersemester 2024/25 besetzen wir im dualen Studium der IU Internationalen Hochschule eine Professur (m/w/d) im Studiengang Soziale Arbeit, am Standort Mannheim in Voll- oder Teilzeit, mit Beginn am 01.Du vertrittst das Fachgebiet Soziale Arbeit in Lehre und Forschung im praxisintegrierten Bachelorstudiengang und Du bildest mit uns gemeinsam die neue Generation von Fachkräften aus (mehr Einblicke findest Du im Modulhandbuch).
    Du vermittelst praxisnah fundiertes Basiswissen in der Sozialen Arbeit und bist in der Lage, unsere Studierenden beispielsweise in den folgenden Bereichen auszubilden: Führen und Leiten von sozialen Einrichtungen, Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Arbeit mit Erwachsenen und vulnerablen Gruppen.
    Du bist an der kreativen Entwicklung von Lehrformaten innerhalb des didaktischen Konzeptes der IU für das duale Studium beteiligt und entwickelst dies in kollegialer Zusammenarbeit weiter.
    Der Ansatz der IU Internationale Hochschule ist es, praxisnahe Inhalte zu vermitteln. Daher wird ein:e Expert:in im Bereich Soziale Arbeit gesucht, welche:r sich durch bisherige Berufspraxis, wissenschaftlicher Expertise sowie didaktische Fähigkeiten auszeichnet und diese in die Lehre an der IU einbringt.
    Du hast ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Erziehungswissenschaften oder einer Bezugs- und Nachbardisziplin mit herausragenden Leistungen abgeschlossen und kannst eine einschlägige Promotion (min. cum laude) vorweisen.
    Du verfügst über fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon drei Jahre außerhalb der Hochschule und hast vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrung in der Lehre gesammelt.
    Du belegst Deine fachliche Expertise in den relevanten Themengebieten durch einschlägige Publikationen oder Projekte.
    Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C2 Niveau des Europäischen Referenzrahmens.
