Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer Technical Leader in DACH to lead our Sales Engineers team.

Job Description

The Team Lead oversees the productivity of team members, setting objectives and key performance indicators for CRM usage, customer meetings, partner meetings, demos and POCs. The role also involves assisting the regional director in assessing potential verticals and go-to-market strategies for each country in the region.

Driving revenue by managing pre-sales technical processes and evangelizing Radware technology to customers;
Designing solutions that meet customer business requirements using Radware products and services;
Partnering with direct sales teams to educate existing and prospective customers about Radware's superiority;

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Sales Engineer Technical Leader:

You should have extensive experience leading high-performing sales teams;
lisense details of techonology understanding is required ;
demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships;
broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing technologies;
effective communication skills with strong presentation abilities. You must be able’t think strategically,
gather intelligence from multiple sources , leverage data-driven insights; share information effectively. Interact thoughtfully; establish trust,
simplify complex issues.
