THE ROLE
As a direct-to-consumer company, our e-commerce platform plays a crucial role in delivering our brand experience to our customers. In this context, Backend Developers (m/f/d) are an essential factor for our success and growth. Your focus will be on implementing our best-in-class solutions and helping us develop new features within a complex system landscape. You will be part of a team that is always looking for the best solution for our customers. When possible, we stick to the standard, use best practices to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. • Specification, development and testing of additional features and digital processes
• Coordinate error analysis and troubleshooting within our complex Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment
• Take over the first and second level support
• Carry out the analysis of the support cases and derive necessary measures for permanent resolution
• Interface support and the further expansion of data exchange within our systems
