- Analysis and Integration of New Sensors
- Focus on flight control-related sensors such as IMU, GNSS, Magnetometer, and pressure sensors.
- Implement redundancy management and voting algorithms.
- Devise integration and sanity-checking concepts.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate preliminary data for hardware updates.
- Improve performance through novel calibration approaches.
- You will grow to be our GNSS specialist
- Analysis of existing precise positioning algorithms to find possibilities for improvement
- Background: You graduated in mechanical, electrical, or aeronautical engineering; informatics or mathematics.
- Programming Skills: You have significant experience with Python and/or MATLAB as well as experience with C/C++. You have worked with μControllers.
- Analytical Skills: You have a sound knowledge of statistics and digital signal processing; either theoretical (university lectures) or practical. You have worked with sensor data and now real-life problems. A flight mechanics background is beneficial.
- This is your passion: You are interested in commercial and governmental UAVs, their application, and/or aviation in general.
