- During your apprenticeship as an Asphalt Builder, you will ensure that roads, paths, bridges, and surfaces are always even and dense.
- You will tackle potholes and other damages.
- You will learn, for example, how to produce the appropriate asphalt mix. Because road surfaces, sealing, protective, and top layers must withstand different stresses - and therefore require different 'ingredients.'
- In the end, you will know exactly which mixture can withstand heavily loaded trucks and high temperatures.
- You will not only be the master of building materials but also know how to best transport them to the construction site and process them on-site.
- Additionally, you will diligently take care of your machines, equipment, and tools, repairing them when necessary.
- We will train you to become an expert in asphalt construction.
Your Foundation:
- You will have completed your primary or secondary school diploma by July 2024.
- You enjoy working outdoors, are handy, and not fragile.
- You are very precise and work carefully and prudently.
- Moreover, you are a true team player.
Application Process:

- Subsequently, you will have the opportunity to complete a two-week internship with us.
- Following a positive response from both sides, we will promptly draw up a training contract with you and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). Training starts on a set date.
