Purpose and Objective of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and communicative (Junior) E-Commerce Live Streamer China (m/w/d) for our renowned client's location in Düsseldorf.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as Douyin and Taobao, showcasing products in detail, highlighting key selling points, and actively engaging with viewers to support the purchasing process


• Promote the live stream to viewers, encourage interactions, and create a lively atmosphere to increase fan engagement and strengthen account loyalty


• Collaborate with the Operations team to plan live stream topics, prepare product presentations, scripts, and usage scenarios before broadcasts


• Support the Operations team with post-streaming tasks, including content review, summarizing experiences, identifying issues, and proposing improvements

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and residency in Germany are mandatory


• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to confidently appear on camera and efficiently navigate the live streaming environment


• Strong customer service and sales skills, along with the ability to manage interactions during live streams


• Experience in E-commerce and data management is advantageous


• Flexibility in handling unexpected situations during live broadcasts


• Positive attitude, high dedication, and teamwork skills

• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative work approach

• Good knowledge of German and English is desirable, but not mandatory
