- Verantwortung für die Werterhaltung und die Sicherstellung der Funktionalität der Immobilie (Gebäude-Technik) und der technischen Anlagen (Betriebstechnik)
- Zuständigkeit für Betreiberpflichten und Übernahme des Instandsetzungsmanagements einschließlich Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Abrechnung
- Managen von Dienstleistern (z. B. Einkauf von FM-Dienstleistungen, Vertragsverwaltung, Qualitätssicherung)
- Durchführung des Energiemanagements mit dem Ziel der Verbrauchsoptimierung
- Kontrolle von Kosten, Planen der Budgets und Erstellung des Objektberichtswesens
- Überwachung von Gebäude- und Anlagenzustand, die Betriebskosten
- Mitwirken an Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Leitung von Modernisierungs-, Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen kleineren Umfangs
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Auflagen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Facility Management oder eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung inkl. einer zusätzlichen Qualifikation im Facility Management bzw. langjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gebäudetechnik und der Dienstleistungssteuerung
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gutes Organisationsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln; Prozesse werden von Ihnen konsequent zu Ende bearbeitet
