We are hiring a leading European Fintech that is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage commercial matters and contracts.

Tasks

• Providing support to their sales group for commercial matters, including legal advice, contract negotiation, and drafting.
• Supporting strategies, templates, training, and policies by coordinating and assisting with roll-outs and implementations.
• Becoming a trusted business partner to stakeholder management team by building successful and collaborative relationships.
• Being an advocate for the team by driving and endorsing collaboration, open communication, and impactful change.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with commercial legal matters.
• Be a collaborative team player with a willingness to deliver successful solutions to interesting problems.
• Be client and partnership-focused with an approachable and flexible nature.
• Fluency in English and German.
