    Aufgaben
    • selbstständige Betreuung und Akquisition von vermögenden Kund:innen aus dem Bereich Private Banking
    • Übernahme/Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung eines Kund:innenportfolios
    • Durchführung von regelmäßigen umfangreichen Bedarfsanalysen im Rahmen des 360°-Leistungsspektrums
    • Erarbeitung von individuellen Vermögensstrategien auf Basis der globalen Investmentstrategie, mit dem Ziel für den Kunden auf seine Vermögens-und Lebenssituation passende Lösungen über alle Bedarfsfelder hinweg anzubieten
    • Systematischer Einsatz von Informations-Tools und lösungsorientiertes Agieren in der Kund:innenbeziehung um den Kundenstamm optimal zu durchdringen und weiterzuentwickeln
    • Sicherstellung der Kund:innenzufriedenheit durch exzellente Beratung und Service am Kunden
    • Konsequente Anwendung der geltenden regulatorischen Regelungen im Rahmen des jobspezifischen Verantwortungsbereichs
    • Gute und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Firmenkundengeschäft

    Profil
    • Ausgeprägtes KnowHow im Aktiv- und Passivgeschäft sowie in der Planung komplexer Vermögen
    • Tiefgehende Kenntnis der Private Banking-Produktpalette
    • Hohe Beratungs-und Akquisitionskompetenz im Private Banking Segment, sowie außergewöhnliches Verhandlungsgeschick
    • Sicheres verbindliches Auftreten und überdurchschnittliche Serviceorientierung dem Kundenklientel entsprechend
    • Ausgeprägte Marktkenntnisse und sehr gute Allgemeinbildung
    • Analytische Kompetenz für Marktbearbeitung und regionale Imagepflege und -aufbau der Bank, Kenntnisse des regionalen Marktes und bestehendes Netzwerk
    • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement sowie Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag
