- You receive and qualify leads from Marketing
- You identify and qualify new prospects via online research, visiting trade shows, etc.
- You regularly re-qualify the prospects already in our database to also consider these as your targets
- You prioritize new and existing prospects to focus on during the next period
- Furthermore you establish contact to prospects through cold calling, email, trade show visits, etc.
- You further qualify the match of prospects and Proemions suite of solutions through dialogue and meetings
- You guide qualified prospects through our new business sales process
- You develop and implement strategies to maintain relationships with niche customers and identify growth opportunities
- You deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction among our niche customers
- You have a strong drive and inner motivation to overcome objections and succeed with sales
- You can work independently and effectively manage your own time and efforts
- You are curious and open to learn
- You have already Sales experience in a Saas or PaaS company or in B2B sales/enterpise sales to OEM machine manufacturers
- Excellent German skills to communicate with prospects
- Good English skills to communicate with colleagues
- You have some experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn
