What can you expect?

• You will proactively manage our B2B and B2C websites, taking ownership of the design and user experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standard consistency and integrity across all digital touchpoints
• You will be responsible for evolving and relaunching current websites and creating new web products, apps, and brands
• You will create design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency
• You will conduct regular audits of our web products and user journeys, and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities
• You will stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our platforms innovative and competitive

What should you bring along?

• You have proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms
• You possess strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS principles
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business goals and user needs
• You have experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centric approach
• You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have strong communication skills, with fluency in English
