Your Role - Simplified

• Organizing and coordinating the Chief Physician's schedule
• Managing appointments and providing assistance for outpatient and inpatient private patients
• Handling the Chief Physician's calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
• Writing medical discharge reports for the Orthopedics department of inpatients based on dictation
• Compiling consultation findings and technical examination reports (e.g., X-rays, functional diagnostics) based on dictation

Your Profile - What You Bring

• Completion of a commercial training/ Medical Assistant (MFA) certificate
• Proficiency in (private) medical billing systems GOÄ and BG-GOÄ
• Extensive knowledge of medical nomenclature in Orthopedics, Internal Medicine/Cardiology, and Neurology
• Strong grasp of German spelling and grammar
