    NTT is currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Security Manager (m/f/d).

    The EMEA Construction Security Manager (m/f/d) role is responsible for the delivery of multi layered security systems and infrastructure, including but not limited to Hardware, Software, Infrastructure and Networking.


    A matrixed position, that interlinks NTTs requirements from Client Security Requirements, NTT Security Standards and oversees and directs the General Contractors Services lead on site.

    The Technical Manager will cover the prescribed region and support creation of standardised systems controls requirements, schedules, QA/QC and reporting standards.

    This role can be based in either the UK, Germany or Netherlands with 35 % travel required.

    Your responsibilities

    Collaborate with vendors and General contractors to ensure that the NTT standards and client's requirements are achieved including during the construction phase
    Engage and input into the project management tools, risk register and project execution plan during the project implementation
    Ensure all Security System plans and specifications are delivered as per design working closely with peers and teams within the Design and Engineering function
    Review and input into project schedules as aligned to project and programme requirements inc. maintaining NTT standards through delivery
    Complete the required project information checklists and documentation to manage the safe and successful delivery of EMEA wide Security Systems
    Be accountable within the team for driving and inputting into the standardized delivery of onsite Security Systems delivery including engagement with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external)

    Ensures that all Security Systems requirements per contract and building guidelines are completed, e.g., insurance risk, construction plans, Local code etc.

    Support the tendering and procurement of key project and programme elements within the pre-construction team
    Work with scheduling and cost management peers to support the development of timely programs and cost plans to support the successful implementation of Security Systems & associated infrastructure including LLI, GC and sub-contractor construction plans and requirements
    Be accountable within the DCD team for creating and inputting into all safety, risk and quality requirements and documents associated with DCD Projects

    Your profile

    Bachelor's degree in electrical / security & controls / automation engineering, or related field, Relevant professional certifications or qualified by experience
    Extensive experience in the delivery and management of critical infrastructure facilities, a subject matter expert in policies, procedure, regulations, and legislation in area of specialism
    A motivated team member with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, key initiatives, and deadlines simultaneously
    High personal and professional standard to deliver a high-quality product with a safety mindset
    Detail and technical orientated professional that displays strong organization and delivery skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to dynamically manage problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills both in planning and delivery stages of a project / programme
    Demonstrate proven mission critical, preferably Data Centre, construction experience
    Possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex and high-pressure environments
    Have experience in operating at a management level and ability to present to senior leadership both internally and with our external stakeholder forums
    Have experience in remotely supporting and delivering successful outputs from consultant and project teams
    Excellent project delivery experience and skillset, with the ability to operate within a multi-cultural environment
