    About This Role

    We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) who enjoys assisting with varied engagements, projects, and/or programs and interacting with other colleagues and different stakeholders SAP-wide.

    The main area of responsibility will be the support of our internal team to enhance the standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain work instructions and enablement materials for end-users
    • Provide project management support within the framework of program management
    • Consolidate backlogs and handle project tasks effectively
    • Offer qualified advice to the project team on process and tool (ServiceNow) usage and compliance
    • Continuously strive to optimize and promote the adoption of processes and tools
    • Leverage on AI technologies

    What You Will Gain

    • Knowledge of SAP Business Processes

    Requirements

    • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
    • Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Information Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish their studies
    • Computer Skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
    • Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes
    • Languages: Strong communication skills in English. German would be beneficial
    • Soft Skills: Attentions to details, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools. Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and in a proactive way
    • Bachelor students are welcome Working remotely from Germany is possible
