Job descriptionFor our IT team in Frankfurt, we are looking for passionate new colleague to join and support asTechnical Business Analyst - System Integrator (f/m/d)As Technical Business Analyst in our corporate and investment banking division, you will play a crucial role between IT and various business lines.

Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between complex IT systems and business requirements, ensuring seamless communication, understanding, and execution of technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Key responsibilities & tasksUnderstand and translate business needs into detailed technical requirementsCreate comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirementsTrack project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholdersPerform data analysis, create pivot tables and merge data from various sources to support decision-making processesCreate test plans and ensure that solutions meet quality standardsProvide training and support to business users on existing and new systems and processesPrepare user guides, FAQs and documentationUnderstand IT infrastructure, including systems related to DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory and networkWork in an exciting environment with remote experts and teams for controls and team collaborationInteract closely with IT teams from Singapore, France and UK on deliverables, enhancements, incidents, requests and projectsStarting date01/03/2024Position with managementNoMinimum level of studyBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalentTraining / SpecializationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related fieldAround 5 years' experience, ideally with a consultancy background or as business analyst in the financial industry in close relationship or within an IT departmentMinimum experience level3-5 yearsCompétences recherchéesUnderstanding of banking and financial processes has meritExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in creating detailed reportsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyIT toolsVery good skills in Microsoft Office & Business ObjectsProficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis toolsVisual Basic .
